- Depending on the problem to be solved, structured data could be internal/enterprise data to an organization and unstructured data could range from web data to social data.
- Then the next step is to combine these two data types and create an enterprise-wide "Data Lake".
- Finally we apply predictive and prescriptive models and algorithms to extract the insights from the data and operationalize it.
