Srik P. Soogoor
Founder and CEOSrik is the Founder & CEO of isoWhiz LLC a Big Data Analytics and Data-as-a-Service company based in Richardson, TX. Srik is passionate about data and the impact processed data (insights) can have on the strategic, operational and tactical goals of an organization.
Srik has been Co-founder and CEO of a number of companies in the Agriculture, Heavy Equipment, Health & Wellness, Energy industries with data as a the underlying foundation.
Before devoting his attention to Big Data, Srik conceived and analyzed the market for Enterprise Project Management (ePM™) software solutions, which led to the co-founding of InventX, a strategic project and portfolio management software solutions company. From 1998-2005 Srik ran InventX as CEO, until 2005 when the company was acquired by Cranes Software International (BSE:CRANES).
From 1993 to 1997, Srik worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies, in various capacities as a Project Manager and Project Leader. He was the Lead Project Manager for Northrop Grumman's Commercial Aircraft Division's Manufacturing Execution System enterprise application. Also, Srik led decision support systems and data mining projects for companies such as Bank of America, BNSF Railroad, and NationsBank. Srik holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, as well as a MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, Srik holds US Patents in the field of Search Engine and Distributed Architecture technologies.

Dr. Murat Kantarcioglu
Chief Scientist - DataDr. Murat Kantarcioglu is currently a Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Purdue University West Lafayette, Indiana, USA in 2005.
Dr. Murat Kantarcioglu research focuses on creating technologies that can efficiently extract useful information from any data without sacrificing privacy or security. Recently he has been working on security and privacy issues raised by data mining, privacy issues in social networks, security issues in databases, privacy issues in health care, applied cryptography for data security, risk and incentive issues in assured information sharing, use of data mining for fraud detection, botnet detection and homeland security.
Dr. Bhavani Thuraisingham
Chief Scientist - SecurityDr. Bhavani Thuraisingham is the Louis A. Beecherl, Jr. Distinguished Professor of Computer Science and the Executive Director of the Cyber Security Research and Education Institute (CSI) at The University of Texas at Dallas. She is an elected Fellow of IEEE, the AAAS, the British Computer Society, and the SPDS (Society for Design and Process Science). She received several prestigious award including IEEE Computer Society's 1997 Technical Achievement Award for “outstanding and innovative contributions to secure data management”, the 2010 ACM SIGSAC (Association for Computing Machinery, Special Interest Group on Security, Audit and Control) Outstanding Contributions Award for “seminal research contributions and leadership in data and applications security for over 25 years” and the SDPS Transformative Achievement Medal for her contributions to interdisciplinary research. She has unique experience working in commercial industry (Honeywell), federal research laboratory (MITRE), US government (NSF) and academia and her 34+ year career includes research and development, technology transfer, product development, program management, and consulting for the federal government. Her work has resulted in 100+ journal articles, 200+ conference papers, 100+ keynote and featured addresses, eight US patents (three pending) and fifteen books (two pending).
Dr. Kevin Hamlen
Chief Scientist - SecurityDr. Kevin Hamlen is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and a Senior Technical Advisor of the Cyber Security Research and Education Institute (CSI) at The University of Texas at Dallas. His research on the science and practice of software security has resulted in over 50 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, including numerous best paper awards, as well as appearing in thousands of popular news headlines worldwide. He is a recipient of both the Air Force Young Investigator award and the National Science Foundation CAREER award for his contributions to national cyber-offense and defense, and is a Dallas Metroplex Tech Titan Technology Inventor Finalist for contributions to military and industrial security theory and practice. His work has twice been recognized by NYU-Poly CSAW as among the top three applied security publications of the year. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Cornell University, and his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Mathematical Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University.
Dr. Latifur Khan
Chief Scientist - DataDr. Latifur Khan is currently a full Professor (tenured) in the Computer Science department at the University of Texas at Dallas where he has been teaching and conducting research since September 2000. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California in August of 2000. He has received prestigious awards including the IEEE Technical Achievement Award for Intelligence and Security Informatics. He is an ACM Distinguished Scientist.
Dr.Khan's research areas cover data mining, complex information management including multimedia and geospatial data, semantic web and database systems. He is aresident expert of Big Data Management and Analytics area. His work has resulted in 45+ journal articles, 140+ conference papers, 5+ keynote addresses, three US patents (two pending) and five books (two pending). He has chaired several conferences and serves (or has served) as associate editor on multiple editorial boards including IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering (TKDE) journal.
Charan Guntee
Chief Delivery Officer, IndiaMr. Charan Guntee has Software Industry experience from 2005 - most of it working with Fortune 500 companies. He has been instrumental in putting together talented teams that developed cutting edge software products at offshore locations. Charan has managed development of IT products for several domains including Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Social Media and Big Data. Charan has interacted with Global CEOs and other C-Level executives, often taking responsibility as the primary communications interface for all the India centric operations.
An avid practitioner of Project Management best practices, Mr. Guntee has mastered the intricacies of onshore-offshore teams collaboration. This resulted in a well oiled software development machine with superb project risk management and risk mitigation. Charan was able to generate strong loyalty and trust among the team members, who always delivered the projects "on budget and on time".
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad and a Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University. In addition, He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Osmania University.
